LAST GAME - 3-2 WIN OVER TRI-CITY: After a scoreless opening twenty minutes which saw the ICE go 0-1 on the power play, Tri-City appended the scoring 1:56 into the second frame. Tri-City then added to their lead at the 8:50 mark of the second period as Blake Stevenson scored his second of the night to make it 2-0 for the home team. The ICE capitalized on an Anson McMaster shot from the point just 38 seconds later as Cole Muir banged in the rebound. Jakin Smallwood tied the game up with just 14 seconds to go in the second and we headed into the third all square. There was no scoring in the third period and 60 minutes wasn't enough to solve this one between the ICE and the Americans. Isaac Johnson ended the game 2:00 minutes into overtime against his former team on a breakaway. The goal was Johnson's 100th career Western Hockey League point. Jesse Makaj made 33 stops in the win.
