Ice Dogs Grab A Winner

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Ice Dogs Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, Malcolm Cameron, announced today he has agreed to terms with rookie forward, Dallas Flaman. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 5'11", 181 pound native of Moosimin, Saskatchewan has championship experience, playing for the national champions of the CIS last year, St. Francis Xavier University. He played four years at the university, where the team twice was the national runner up and won in his final year. In 92 games played, he scored 15 goals, 20 assists and had 135 penalty minutes. He also played five years in the WHL, playing for the Prince Albert Raiders and Kelowna Rockets.

"He's a gritty, agitating defensive forward who's great on face-offs", said Cameron. "He plays with all the characteristics we're trying to build our team on."

Season tickets for the 2004-2005 season are on sale now in all price ranges. The Ice Dogs are guaranteeing the playoffs or season ticket holders will receive a $50 rebate on each seat purchased.
