IceGators Finalize Plans For Reunion Week

Lafayette, LA â Louisiana IceGators today announced finalized plans for "Reunion Week 2004" as Acadian Hills Country Club has been named the site for the "Reunion Week Golf Tournament" on Wednesday, November 10 and "The Manor" in Cade, La. will host the "Welcome Home Banquet" on Thursday Night November 11, 2004. These two events will preceed "Reunion Night 2004" when the IceGators host the Mississippi Sea Wolves at the Cajundome at 7:05pm.
In addition to naming the sites for "Reunion Week 2004" festivities, the IceGators also have received commitments from two of the original bad boys in team history as Eric Cloutier and Rob McCaig are now schedule to join the activities.
"We are very happy with the momentum building towards Reunion Week 2004," said Bruce LeVine, the IceGators Vice President of Communications. "Between the excitement for Opening Night on November 5 and Reunion Week immediately after, we believe our 10th Anniversary Season will get off to a great start."
Tickets for the "Welcome Home Banquet" are on sale now at the IceGators office. Individual seats ate $20 dollars in advance, $25.00 the night of the event. Tables can be purchased for $200 dollars and includes seating with the player of your choice. Acadian Hills Country Club will host the "Reunion Week Golf Tournament." Individual entries are $75 dollars and team spots cost $200 dollars. Food and drinks will be provided, as the proceeds from this event will go to the Louisiana Amateur Hockey Association.
"We would like to thank the IceGators for their help in keeping youth hockey alive and well in Acadiana," said Leonard Devillier, President of LAHA. "Since we are a non-profit organization, this event is tax deductible and we hope for a large turnout to support our kids"
