
Ibou Badji Earns Two-Way Contract with Portland Trail Blazers

OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Portland Trail Blazers have signed Wisconsin Herd Center Ibou Badji to a two-way contract. This is the first NBA Call-up for the Herd this season.
Badji, a 7-1, 240-pound center, joined the Herd as a returning player after spending last season with the Portland Trail Blazers and the Wisconsin Herd. The 21-year-old from Senegal has played in six games for the Herd this season averaging 3.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.3 blocks while shooting 71.4% from the field. Badji started the 2022-23 season with the Herd before signing a two-way contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Herd will play next at the Motor City Cruise on Thursday, November 30 with tip-off set for 6:00 p.m. CST.
