
Houston Dynamo Announce 2020 Preseason Schedule

HOUSTON - The Houston Dynamo will open preseason training under the direction of head coach Tab Ramos for the first time on Monday, January 20, the club announced today.
Preparation for the 15th season in club history will begin at Houston Sports Park as Ramos and his staff will work to prepare the team that will take the field this year. The 2020 season, fueled by 76®, will officially kick off against the LA Galaxy on Opening Day presented by BBVA at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 29 at BBVA Stadium.
The Dynamo will return to South Texas in 2020 as they join their USL Championship hybrid affiliate, Rio Grande Valley FC, for a five-day camp at H-E-B Park on Feb. 4. Houston will face RGV FC on Saturday, Feb. 8 and an opponent to be named later earlier that week on Wednesday, Feb. 5. The Dynamo will return to Houston on Feb. 9 prior to their annual trip to Arizona for their final preseason tune up.
The team will return to Tucson, Ariz. on Feb. 13 to finalize their preparation and compete against other MLS clubs in the 2020 Visit Tucson Sun Cup preseason tournament. Houston will face Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, Feb. 15, and two opponents to be named in the coming weeks on Wednesday, Feb. 19 and Saturday, Feb. 22.
Houston is one of six teams to participate in the 2020 Visit Tucson Sun Cup and join Sporting Kansas City, Real Salt Lake, FC Cincinnati, Columbus Crew SC and the New York Red Bulls in Tucson, Ariz.
Streaming information for all of the club's preseason matches will be released in the near future.
