Hounds add Borkowski, MacLean in Rounds Four and Five

With their third and fourth picks of the day respectively, the Soo Greyhounds grabbed Michael Borkowski and Ryan MacLean in the 2008 OHL Priority Selection.

Borkowski, is a 5'10", 150 lb right-winger who played this past season for the Ottawa Senators Midget program. In 53 games played, the Ottawa, Ontario native had 17 goals and 22 assists, good for 39 points.

Borkowski is the first forward of the day picked by the Hounds.

Then nine picks later the Hounds selected centre Ryan MacLean. The younger sibling of former Hounds co-captain and overage forward Brandon MacLean, played the 07/08 season for the Burlington Eagles. In 52 games Ryan had 20 goals and 27 assists, good for 47 points.

The Hounds now prepare themselves for their next pick, 18th pick of the 5th round, 99th overall.
