Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club Peter DeBoer has announced the teams first round pick in the 2008 Priority Selection is Jeff Skinner of the Toronto Young Nationals. Skinner accumulated 62 goals and 35 assists for 97 points and 137 PIM's in 50 games. Jeff Skinner Birthdate: May 16, 1992 Position: LW Shoots: Left Height: 5.09 Weight: 175lbs
