Bowling Green, KY "" Four pitchers for the Bowling Green Hot Rods (2-0, 40-30) combined to throw the first nine-inning no-hitter in franchise history on Friday night at Bowling Green Ballpark in a 14-1 win over the Lansing Lugnuts (0-2, 32-29). Blake Snell, Eduar Quinonez, Nick Sawyer, and Marcus Jensen combined to accomplish the historic feat. The first no-hitter in franchise history occurred on July 9, 2011, when Victor Mateo spun a seven-inning no-hitter in Bowling Green against Lake County.
