Hoover Walk-Off Helps Travs Win Series

North Little Rock, AR - Connor Hoover ripped a walk-off hit in the 10th inning sending the Arkansas Travelers to a 3-2 win over the Midland RockHounds in the series finale on Sunday afternoon at Dickey-Stephens Park. Hoover's hit gave the Travs their only lead of the game. Trailing by two, Arkansas scored twice in the eighth to tie the game on a two-out double by Riley Unroe. Isaiah Campbell was the winner in relief after throwing a 1-2-3 inning. Midland starter Jack Cushing threw six shutout innings while Travs starter Ethan Lindow went six inning and allowed just one run.

Moments That Mattered

* Prelander Berroa worked out of a bases loaded situation in the top of the eighth to keep the margin at two.

* Jonatan Clase and Unroe hit consecutive doubles with two out in the eighth helping to cash a lead off single in the inning and tie the game.

* Arkansas won the series from Midland, 4-2 and finished their two-week homestand with seven wins.

* Tulsa won at Wichita keep the Travs three games back of the division lead with 18 games to play in the first of the season.
