Tacoma, WA â Summer is officially upon the Rainiers and Cheney Stadium. And with the heat the summer brings, the Rainiers bring the heat to the Pacific Coast League and to the Portland Beavers during their next homestand at Cheney Stadium July 1 â July 3.
Opening the homestand against the Beavers, is a 7:05 p.m. Dollar Deal Day, Thursday, July 1. Dollar Deal Days are a great opportunity to have even more affordable family entertainment by offering $1 hot dogs, sodas, ice cream, coffee, and beer. Cheney Stadium's Beer Garden is a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy the great value Dollar Deal Days has to offer.
Continuing the homestand on Friday, July 2, the Rainiers host Friday Night Fireworks. Sponsored by Click! Network and Columbia Bank, the post-game fireworks spectacular is sure to be one you won't want to miss. Game time is 7:05 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 3 brings the Cheney Stadium and Tacoma Rainiers Independence Day Celebration. What better way to celebrate our great nation's birthday than to watch America's favorite pastime? Saturday's fireworks EXTRAVAGANZA will be unlike any other and fans are sure to enjoy all the Fun & Games Cheney Stadium has to offer on that night.
