Hitmen Honour 2018-19 Award Recipients

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club handed out its player awards in a special on-ice ceremony ahead of Sunday's season finale at the Scotiabank Saddledome, honouring the team's best from the 2018-19 Western Hockey League regular season.

Forward Mark Kastelic was a three-time solo winner taking home the prestigious Ed Williams Mens Wear Player of the Year Award, Jr. Hitmen Players' Choice Award and Edward Jones 3 Star Selection Award. The captain also shared a fourth trophy as co-winner with James Malm of the Flare Skate Blade Leading Scorer Award. Both players finished with 77 points.

The pre-game ceremony included a salute to the Hitmen billet families and three graduating 20-year-olds in Luke Coleman, Kaden Elder and Jake Kryski.
