Hill's Career-High Sets Squadron All-Time Scoring Record In 134-125 Win Over Iowa

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Malcolm Hill's 44 points marked the most scored in a game in Birmingham franchise history as the Squadron bested the Iowa Wolves, 134-125, on Thursday night at Legacy Arena at the BJCC.

Hill also hauled in 13 rebounds to mark a double-double. Trey Jemison broke his streak of seven consecutive double-doubles but still managed to record a game-high 15 boards.

Birmingham (4-5) tied the all-time team record for points in the first half with 75 before intermission as the G League's fifth-best scoring offense tallied its highest point total since Jan. 2.

E.J. Liddell and Jalen Crutcher each posted a 20-piece with 24 and 20, respectively.

Tyrese Martin's 29 off the bench paced Iowa (2-7), while Leonard Miller also tossed in 28 points.

Birmingham returns home to host the Cleveland Charge at Legacy Arena at the BJCC Saturday with tip-off set for 7 p.m. The contest can be seen locally on My68 or nationally on NBAGLeague.com.
