The Capital City Go-Go defeated the Raptors 905 on Wednesday night, 116-101, to sweep the season series. The Go-Go were led by Washington Wizards two-way player Eugene Omoruyi's game-high 29-point double-double. Omoruyi was one of five Go-Go players in double figures and one of three with a double-double on the evening.

The game began with both teams trading runs, with the 905 opening on a 10-2 run and the Go-Go responding with a 10-0 run. The 905 would take a 2-point lead after the first frame. Capital City found their momentum in the second quarter on both ends of the court, scoring 29 points in the quarter and holding the visiting 905 to 14.

Both teams traded baskets in the third quarter, but the Go-Go held their lead, going into the fourth quarter ahead by 13. Guard Devon Dotson led the second unit of Capital City, scoring 19 points off the bench on 7-10 shooting from the field.

Capital City extended their lead by as many as 25 in the fourth quarter. The 905 made a push for a comeback, going on an 18-4 run to bring the game within 11, but the Go-Go closed the game victorious. Justise Winslow of the 905 would end the game with a team-high 25 points.

Washington Wizards two-way player Jules Bernard helped pace scoring for the Go-Go with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Center Michael Foster Jr. also had a double-double of his own with 14 points and 11 rebounds.

The Go-Go now go back on the road for a 3-game trip, where they'll take on the Iowa Wolves this Saturday, January 20 and have two games against the Indiana Mad Ants next week. The team will return back home to Entertainment & Sports Arena to take on the Osceola Magic on Saturday, January 27.
