Herd Suffers Loss at Home

OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, lost to the Westchester Knicks 125-86. The Knicks took an early lead by 20 points in the first quarter. The Herd outscored the Knicks 20-16 in the second quarter, but it wasn't enough to take the lead. The Knicks won 125-86.

Terry Larrier led the Herd with 18 points and 5 rebounds while Wenyen Gabriel added a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Jordan Sibert played in his debut with the Herd scoring 11 points and 4 rebounds.

Dewan Hernandez led the Knicks with 30 points followed by MJ Walker with 19 points.

The Knicks took an early lead going up 11-6 with six minutes left in the first quarter. The Knicks continued to build their lead by 20 points. The Knicks stayed ahead to end the first quarter 40-16. Westchester led at half 56-36. Tiwian Kendley led the Herd with 13 points in the first half.

The Knicks outscored the Herd 12-6 to go up by 24 points in the third quarter. With five minutes left the Knicks led 79-49. At the end of the third quarter, the Knicks led 93-57. The Knicks won 125-86.

The Herd will play again at home on Saturday, February 26 against the Westchester Knicks with tip-off set for 7:00 p.m. CST.
