
Help for the Homeless Canned Food Drive Set For Tuesday's Game vs. Phoenix

This Week in Condorstown:
Monday, February 26th: Community Relations Manager Jill Watts will visit Cal State University Bakersfield to talk about her education and career, at 1 p.m., for a public relations class.
Monday, February 26th: Tune your radio dial to 96.9 The BEAT at 3 p.m. to hear Condors player Tyler Scott speaking to Alex G. about all the latest happenings on and off the ice.
Tuesday, February 27th: The Condors will battle the RoadRunners and present the Help for the Homeless Canned Food Collection, presented by My TV 45 and 96.9 The Beat. All fans who donate two non-perishable food items will receive terrace admission for $1. It is another T.H.I.N.K. game where all students at Columbia and Pioneer Drive Elementary and Norris Middle School who excel in academics and behavior will receive free admission. Doors open at 6 p.m. Puck drops at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, February 28th: Condors players Josh Liebenow and Steve Rodberg, Community Relations Manager Jill Watts and Account Manager Tim Statezni will visit Eissler Elementary, at 1 p.m., to read to students and sign autographs. All students will receive an educational handout that ties hockey to math, science, geography and health and fitness.
Thursday, March 1st: Thursday will kick-off the Condors Blood Drive Month at the Houchin Community Blood Banks, located at 5901 Truxtun Ave. and 2600 G St. All participants who donate blood in the month of March to either one of the two locations will receive terrace admission for $1 to the Condors game on Wednesday, March 28, courtesy of 107.9 KUZZ.
Thursday, March 1st: Community Relations Manager Jill Watts will visit Wayside Elementary for the Reach for Greatness Mentoring Program at 1 p.m. Watts makes weekly visits to Wayside in efforts to help her mentee make better choices in school and in life.
Thursday, March 1st: The Condors Coach's Show will be on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230M at 6 p.m. Due to the team's travel schedule, the Coach's Show will be pre-recorded and will not be live at the Q Street Lounge at the Holiday Inn Select. This week's show will feature special guests Condors players Sean Venedam and Rejean Beauchemin as they'll join Head Coach Marty Raymond and Voice of the Condors Jake Stevens to talk about the team's latest strategies for getting back to first place in the division.
Friday, March 2nd: Condors front office staff members Jill Watts, Jose Rivera, Greg Lowe and Tim Statezni will be celebrity readers at Munsey and Virginia Schools and The Richardson Center.

Saturday, February 24th: Condors Operations Assistant Matt Kato was a celebrity reader at Russo's Books in the Market Place. Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd also attended to mingle with kids.

Baby Cal and Colonel Claw'd are looking for kids to join the coolest club in Condorstown for only $20. Membership includes a Kid's Club T-shirt, free admission to the Condors game on Saturday, March 31, membership card, and entry into the Kids Club party with Condors players and exclusive gifts provided by the Bakersfield Californian, Bright House Networks and Wells Fargo Bank.
It's Party Time!
