Heat Powered by Agostino's Two-Goals But Fall

December 5, 2015 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Stockton Heat News Release

San Jose, Calif. - The Stockton Heat were led by Kenny Agostino and his two-goal performance, but ultimately fell to the San Jose Barracuda 5-3 in San Jose Friday night. Agostino's effort earned him his first two-goal game of the year and pushed his points total to 10 on the season. Captain Aaron Johnson added the third goal on an absolute snipe from the point on a power play in the final frame, but San Jose goaltender Aaron Dell stopped 43 shots, including 21 in the final 20 minutes, on his way to his fourth victory of the season. The Stockton Heat will have a quick turnaround now, as they face the San Diego Gulls at Stockton Arena Saturday night with both teams looking to get back in the win column.
