Beloit Sky Carp News Release
The Beloit Snappers have activated right-hander Adam Hawes from the seven-day disabled list. Hawes was placed on the disabled list July 26 with a strained oblique. He will be active for tonight's game against the Fort Wayne Wizards.
Hawes has appeared in 17 games for the Snappers, starting 13 of them. He has a 4-3 record with a 4.52 ERA. Hawes has 53 strikeouts in 75.2 innings of work. He was selected in the 40th round of the June 2003 draft by the Minnesota Twins.
The Snappers active roster is now at 24 active players, one below the Midwest League maximum.
