
Harrison to Start for Bullfrogs against Rafters

Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs look to get back on track tonight following yesterday's 3-1 loss to Wisconsin Rapids at Joannes Stadium.
Luke Crabb pitched well in his debut with the Bullfrogs, allowing five hits, one earned run and struck out five batters in 4 2/3 innings.
The bullpen combination of Ben Messenger, Tommy Strunc, Luke VanLanen and Jeremy Graf finished the rest of the game, allowing one run on four hits and three strikeouts.
Green Bay got on the board first in the bottom of the second inning with an RBI single up the middle for Franco Guardascione to give the Bullfrogs a 1-0 lead.
Crabb struck out cleanup hitter Ryan Cleveland with the bases loaded end the top of the third, but the Rafters tied the game with a RBI groundout from Mitchell McGeein and took the lead on Jake Sandlin's single in the fifth inning.
Wisconsin Rapids tacked on another run in the sixth when Kyle Devin singled and scored three batters later.
The Bullfrogs enter tonight's contest with a 2-4 record and look to get back on track with lefthander Garrett Harrison on the mound.
Harrison will make his second start for the Bullfrogs against Wisconsin Rapids on the road. He pitched 7 1/3 innings and allowed two earned runs on six hits and struck out six on opening night for Green Bay. The first pitch for tonight's game will be at 6:35 p.m. at Witter Field.
Following a two-game road series against the Madison Mallards, the Bullfrogs return to Green Bay for a four-game home stand beginning on June 5.
