The Washington Nationals have made the following transaction affecting the roster of Double-A Harrisburg prior to their game against New Hampshire today:
LHP Jack Spradlin activated from the disabled list and LHP Yunior Novoa placed on the disabled list.
The Senators roster stands at 24 active + 3 DL
