After finishing week five of the American Hockey League's 2012-2013 regular season with a 0-2-0-0 record, the Hamilton Bulldogs, 4-4-1-1 in their first 10 games of the season, will play three games in four days during week six. On Wednesday November 14th, the 'Dogs will face the Rochester Americans (AHL Affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres) at 10:00 am at Copps Coliseum in their annual School Day Game. Hamilton will host Toronto (AHL Affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs) on Friday, November 16th at 7:30 p.m. at Copps Coliseum before the Bulldogs and the Marlies meet in a rematch at Ricoh Coliseum at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17th.

The Hamilton Bulldogs were shutout for the second time this season when they fell 3-0 to the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday, November 7th at Copps Coliseum. Syracuse rookie defencemen Dmitry Korobov scored on the first shot of his professional career, in his eighth game for the Crunch. Former Bulldogs forward J.T. Wyman scored his second goal of the season. Despite the loss, Hamilton goaltender Robert Mayer stopped 30 of 32 Syracuse shots.

Hamilton and Syracuse played in front of a Bulldogs franchise record indoor crowd of 18,582 fans at Bell Centre in Montreal. Playing in front of the 10th-largest regular season crowd in American Hockey League history, the Crunch defeated the Bulldogs 4-1. 'Dogs rookie forward Steve Quailer scored his first professional goal. Syracuse forward Tyler Johnson scored his seventh and eighth goals of the season for the Crunch and was chosen as the game's first star.
