
Gueller Pitches Compete Game Shutout In Cutters Win

Cutters starting pitcher Mitch Gueller was perfect through the first thirteen batters he faced until he surrendered a one out single to Matthew Page.
Matt Shortall drove in Jiandido Tromp with a sacrifice fly to center field. Tromp lead off the fourth inning with a walk. Jan Hernandez singled to score Aaron Brown and make the score 2-0 Cutters.
Gueller scattered four hits and struck out five in the complete game shutout win. The complete game and shutouts are firsts in the New York-Penn League this year.
