Grrrowl to Make Pitch to Braves Fans

GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL have announced that VP of Hockey Operations and Head Coach John Marks will be on hand to throw out the first pitch for the Greenville Braves this Saturday at Municipal Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 7:15pm as the G-Braves host the Carolina Mudcats (gates open at 6:00 PM).
Grrrowl team representatives will be on hand to distribute schedule and ticket information for the upcoming 2003-04 Grrrowl season. "Grrruff" will also be in attendance to spend some time with the great fans of the Braves.
The Greenville Braves are offering a silent auction at the game, with all proceeds being donated to the CORE Initiative, supporting Middle School Sports for the 2003-04 school year. As part of the auction, the Grrrowl will donate a Grrrowl Jersey signed by Coach Marks, as well as other valuable items. For ticket information for the G-Braves, please call 864-299-3456.
The Grrrowl have released the 2003-04 schedule, and will begin its sixth home slate on October 24th against the Charlotte Checkers at 7:05 PM. Greenville Grrrowl season tickets, mini-plans and flex packs are on sale now. Single game tickets will be on sale as of October 10, 2003.
