
Grrrowl suspends Mirasty

GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers, have announced that JON MIRASTY (F) has been suspended from the team in accordance with ECHL guidelines. Mirasty has left the team for unspecified reasons, and has been deleted from the roster. The Grrrowl retain rights to Mirasty.
JON MIRASTY (5-10, 220lbs., forward) played in Tuesday's Grrrowl game against the Columbia Inferno at the BI-LO Center (a 4-2 loss), and recorded an assist. Mirasty arrived in Greenville on Tuesday afternoon after coming to the Grrrowl in a trade with the Bakersfield Condors.
The Grrrowl will be in action on Tuesday night at the BI-LO Center against the Columbia Inferno at 7:05pm, and will finish out the home stand on Friday night against the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:05pm.
