Grizzlies Will Salute the Military on December 6th

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies announced today that their game on Saturday, December 6th versus the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks will be "Salute to the Military Night" at the 'E' Center of West Valley City. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM.

As a part of the evening, all branches of the military will be honored including those that currently serve in the armed forces and those that have previously served in any arm of the military. There will also be a special salute to those men and women who are currently protecting the nation's interest here in the United States and overseas.

"We are very proud to salute those who serve our country and protect our freedoms each and every day," said Grizzlies Executive Vice President Jerry McBurney. "Our hope is to provide a night of enjoyment and entertainment at a reasonable price for those who clearly have much bigger things going on in their lives."

Discount ticket of $8.00 will be available for any person affiliated with any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

The Grizzlies will be wearing special Camouflage Military Jerseys during the game sponsored by the United States Army.
