
Grizzlies Return Home for Cinco De Mayo

FRESNO, Calif. - The third and fourth Fresno Grizzlies homestands of the 2018 season are scheduled for May 4 through May 7 and May 12 through May 15, with eight games against the Sacramento River Cats (San Francisco Giants) and Salt Lake Bees (Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim). Tickets may be purchased at the Chukchansi Park box office, or anytime at FresnoGrizzlies.com, starting as low as $10. Here is a preview of the promotional schedule:
Friday, May 4 (7:05 p.m.) - Star Wars Night and Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Card City: May the Fourth be with you! The Grizzlies' Star Wars celebration returns to the best date possible, complete with a ballpark full of movie-quality character appearances by the 501st Legion, Central Valley Garrison. Make sure your phone is charged- photo ops galore! Fireworks will immediately follow the game, which will feature plenty of "The Force" on the field between innings.
Saturday, May 5 (7:05 p.m.) - Cinco de Mayo, and Post-Game Fireworks, presented by Tecate: A special bonus Saturday fireworks show for the holiday! For Cinco de Mayo, 24-ounce cans of Tecate and Dos Equis will be just $5 (limit two per customer per transaction, please enjoy responsibly). The celebration on the Inyo Plaza will begin at 5 p.m., so join us early for live music, dancing, and more!
Sunday, May 6 (1:05 p.m.) - Save Mart Sundays: Fans should bring their Save Mart receipt or show the Save Mart app at the ticket office to receive $5 off each ticket in their purchase (limit eight tickets). A pre-game autograph session will feature two Grizzlies players, and Kids Run the Bases post-game. Bellies & Baseball: Visit the exhibitors on the concourse pre-game and during the game for this special event combining baseball and expectant mothers.
Sunday Brunch: All-you-can eat brunch passes (11:30 to 1:30, Marmalade Party Deck, includes game ticket) are available at the ticket office. Price is 31.99 (15.99 for season-ticket holders), and a 39.99 ticket includes unlimited mimosas and Bloody Mary bar from 11:30 a.m. to the end of the fifth inning (24.99 for season-ticket holders). Each brunch pass includes a free Grizzlies cap, along with the game ticket. The menu includes pancakes, eggs, ham, and chorizo sausage fajitas and sliders! Monday, May 7 & May 14 (6:35 p.m.) - Monday Madness, presented by The Fresno Bee: The best ticket deal in Minor League Baseball is back! Fans can take advantage of two Reserved tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, two Fresno Chaffee Zoo vouchers and two Pieology pizza or salad vouchers, all for just $25!
Saturday, May 12 (7:05 p.m.) - Carlos Correa Starting Lineup Figure Giveaway, presented by Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino (first 1,500 fans): Be sure to arrive early for this limited edition and one-of-a-kind giveaway. Just like you remember from the 80s and 90s, this officially licensed Starting Lineup figure depicts Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa, the 2015 American League Rookie of the Year and 2017 World Series Champion from his days with the Fresno Grizzlies (see attached image). Also includes a trading card, just like the classics!

From 11:30 to 1:30, cost is $25.99 for adults and $19.99 for kids 12 and under (season ticket holder price is $15.99 for adults, $12.99 kids 12 and under). The menu includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and roasted potatoes; upgrade to bottomless "Mom-mosas" for a $35.99 ticket ($23.99 for season-ticket holders).
Tuesday, May 15 (11:05 a.m.) - Toyota Taco Tuesday: The Grizzlies' alter-ego, the Fresno Tacos, will take the field in a rare day-game appearance. In addition to 2-for-1 field box and club tickets, fans will be able to enjoy $2 tacos from Taco Truck Throwdown-approved trucks and "Oppo Taco" on the right field concourse at Chukchansi Park, $2 sodas and $2 churros (specials good through the fifth inning). The team will be wearing the "Taco-uila" sunrise uniforms which first debuted at last season's Taco Truck Throwdown; a zesty tribute to the Grizzlies' parent club, the 2017 World Champion Houston Astros. Making The Grade, presented by Fresno County Department of Public Health, Tobacco Prevention Program: Over 6,000 kids will enjoy this game thanks to the sponsor, for a job well-done this school year!
