From the Notes

Get Low: The pitching staff has an opportunity to post the lowest ERA in a single month since April of 2006. The current ERA for the Sounds is 2.67 - second-lowest in the Pacific Coast League. The 2.79 ERA the Sounds posted in April of 2006 stands as the lowest for the franchise since MLBAM produced monthly stats beginning in 2005.

Fowler Feeling It: Center fielder Dustin Fowler had another big game yesterday with a 3-for-5 showing. Fowler had three extra-base hits, including a two-run home run. The three-hit game was his team-leading fourth of the season, and third in his last six games. It was also Fowler's second three-run game of the season.

Barreto is Heating up: Infielder Franklin Barreto continued his hot hitting with another multi-hit game yesterday. Over his last seven games, Barreto is hitting .429 (12-for-28) with 7 runs, 3 RBI, 3 doubles and 2 home runs. Barreto has hit safely in five straight.

Series-ly Speaking: Since losing the season-opening series in New Orleans, the Sounds have won four of five series they've played. Nashville has series wins against Iowa (two), Omaha and New Orleans. Their lone series loss after the season-opener was against Omaha last road trip.

Back-to-Back Sellouts: For the first time in 2018, First Tennessee Park welcomed back-to-back sellouts on Saturday and Sunday. Over 21,000 fans passed through the gates during the two-day stretch. First Tennessee Park has three sellouts in 2018 and 58 in ballpark history.
