
Grizzlies Make 18 Cuts Following Training Camp

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies announced today that they have released 18 players concluding their 2003 training camp. The announcement was made by head coach Don Hay.
The roster moves leave the Grizzlies with 27 players on their roster with six days remaining until the team opens the season at the 'E' Center versus the San Antonio Rampage.
Those players released were:
Goaltenders (2): Peter Hirsch and Sean Connors
Defensemen (6): Wade Davis, Darrly McArthur, Tyler Butler, Randy Perry, Jonathan Zion and Jonas Lennartsson
Forwards (10): Mark Smith, Ben Kilgour, Chris Gobert, Joe Dusbabek, Greg Day, Chris St. Jacques, Brian Passmore, Jonathan Gagnon, Fraser Clair and Derek Hahn.
