Greenville pounded out 15 hits en route to a 7-3 victory over Asheville Monday night at McCormick Field.
A season-high 4,421 fans witnessed the game, the second-highest total in the history of the renovated McCormick Field
The same two teams will meet again on Tuesday night at McCormick Field in a 7:05 p.m. start, which features another Fireworks Extravaganza. Approximately 1,300 general admission tickets remain for that show. Tickets can be acquired by calling (828) 258-0428 or visiting the Tourists Box Office on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
