Mississippi Braves News Release
PEARL, MS -- Mississippi Braves RHP J.R. Graham has been placed on the disabled list right triceps tendonitis, retroactive to June 27. A corresponding move has not been announced.
Graham, 24, is 1-3 with a 5.18 ERA in 15 starts for the M-Braves. The California native entered the 2014 season ranked by Baseball America as the third-best prospect in the Braves system. He was also labeled "Best Control" in the Braves farm system. Graham went 1-3 with a 4.04 ERA in eight starts for the Double-A Braves last season before being sidelined by an injury for the remainder of the season. Graham was selected by the Braves in the fourth round of the 2011 draft out of Santa Clara University.
The Mississippi roster has 24 active players and 5 disabled.
