Pitcher of the Week Matthew Goodson - Greenville Bombers
Matthew Goodson earned BC® Powder South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week honors by going 1-0 with a perfect 0.00 ERA in his 2 starts this past week. Goodson struck out 13 batters, allowed only 5 hits and 4 walks in his 11.2 innings pitched. Matthew got the win in his June 21st start at Columbus in the Bombers 5-0 victory. He pitched 6.2 innings in the game, allowed 4 hits and struck out 8 batters in the outing which brought his record to 5-4 on the year. Goodson has a 2.90 ERA and 55 strikeouts in his 71.1 innings pitched.

Joseph Koshansky earned BC® Powder South Atlantic League Batter of the Week honors by hitting for a .417 batting average collecting 10 hits in his 24 at bats. Koshansky had 4 doubles, 3 homeruns, 7 RBI and 7 runs scored during his torrid week in 6 games played. Joseph has had a phenomenal year for the Tourists and currently ranks in the top 3 in six South Atlantic League Offensive Categories.
