Pitcher of the Week Matthew Goodson - Greenville Bombers
Matthew Goodson earned BC® Powder South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week honors by going 1-0 with a perfect 0.00 ERA in his 2 starts this past week. Goodson struck out 13 batters, allowed only 5 hits and 4 walks in his 11.2 innings pitched. Matthew got the win in his June 21st start at Columbus in the Bombers 5-0 victory. He pitched 6.2 innings in the game, allowed 4 hits and struck out 8 batters in the outing which brought his record to 5-4 on the year.
