
Golden State Warriors Sign Ky Bowman and Juan Toscano-Anderson

SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Golden State Warriors have signed guard Ky Bowman and forward Juan Toscano-Anderson to NBA contracts, announced by the team today. Bowman was formerly on a two-way contract with the NBA G League affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors. Toscano-Anderson appeared in seven games in the 2019 NBA Summer League with the Golden State Warriors and was invited to the team's 2019 training camp. The Santa Cruz Warriors have acquired Kiwi Gardner from the NBA G League available player pool.
Bowman has appeared in 12 games (12 starts) for the Santa Cruz Warriors, averaging 14.9 points and 5.3 rebounds. Bowman used 42 of his 45 days under his two-way contract. Bowman played three years at Boston College averaging 16.9 points and 6.4 rebounds. Bowman scored his first NBA points on October 27, 2019, scoring five points (2-8 FG) in 12 minutes.
Toscano-Anderson has played the past two seasons with the Santa Cruz Warriors and is currently averaging 12.7 points and 9.1 rebounds. Toscano-Anderson spent four seasons with Fuerz Regia de Monterrey in the Mexican LNBP League and won the 2017-18 LNBP MVP award while helping his team to the LNBPP Championship.
Gardner, who helped Santa Cruz win the 2014-15 NBA G League Championship, will be active for the Santa Cruz Warriors Friday night game against the Sioux Falls Skyforce at 7:00pm. Gardner spent the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons with Santa Cruz, averaging 5.8 points and 2.5 assists.
