Capital City Go-Go News Release
The Capital City Go-Go, the Washington Wizards' NBA G League affiliate, completed a trade with the Canton Charge today, acquiring London Perrantes in exchange for the returning rights to guard Gabe York. The trade is subject to Perrantes passing a physical.
Perrantes, a 6-2, 200-pound guard from the University of Virginia, comes to the Go-Go after most recently appearing for Bahcesehir Koleji in Turkey, where he averaged 6.9 points and 3.5 assists per game. The Encino, California native played in France during the 2018-19 season and the Cleveland Cavaliers and Canton Charge during the 2017-18 season on a two-way contract. On his two-way deal, Perrantes averaged 11.9 points and 7.8 assists in 35 games with the Charge, while also appearing in 14 games with the Cavaliers. Perrantes participated in training camp with the Portland Trail Blazers in 2019-20 and San Antonio Spurs in 2017-18, while also appearing in Summer League with the Miami Heat (2017), San Antonio Spurs (2018) and New Orleans Pelicans (2019).
