Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies News Release

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL will do their part to create a perfect Thanksgiving for those who are less fortunate on Monday, November 24, by helping load several thousands of pounds of turkeys that will be headed to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, Southern Branch, and then distributed to over 300 local charities throughout the course of the week. The turkey loading will commence at 1:30PM at Catholic Charities located at 9 North Georgia Avenue in Atlantic City.

"We're thrilled that some of the Bullies would take time out of their busy schedules to help those that are less fortunate," said Evelyn Benton, Branch Director for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. "Lots of muscle is exactly what is needed around here this time of year.

Bullies Kam White, Ian Walterson, Jon Cullen, Josh Prudden, Brian Fahey, Jake Moreland, Aaron Foster, and Pierre-Luc Sleigher will all be on hand to assist in the turkey loading.
