
Getzlaf Named Week's Top Canadian

Saskatchewan Roughrider receiver Chris Getzlaf has been named the Gibson's Finest Canadian Player of the Week.
Getzlaf had an outstanding outing against the Calgary Stampeders on Sunday at Mosaic Stadium catching five passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns. So far this season the Regina product has tallied 46 receptions for 836 yards and four touchdowns making him the Riders' third top receiver.
Getzlaf joins teammates Andy Fantuz, James Patrick, Jerrell Freeman, Brent Hawkins, Luca Congi and Darian Durant who have all been named Gibson's Finest Players of the Week so far this season.
