
Generals Announce Training Camp Scrimmages

Oshawa, Ont. - The Oshawa Generals are more than excited to announce Generals hockey is BACK on the ice at the Tribute Communities Centre starting Tuesday, August 31st.
With the OHL's training camp period beginning on August 30th, the Generals will be hosting six scrimmages across two days for fans who are itching to see some hockey.
On Thursday, September 2nd, our annual Red vs. White game will be taking place at the TCC from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Training camp scrimmage schedule:
Tuesday, August 31-
Tavares v. Cirelli @ 10 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
Jenner v. Tavares @ 3 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Jenner v. Cirelli @4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, September 1st
Jenner v. Cirelli @ 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Tavares v. Cirelli 3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Jenner v. Tavares 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, September 2nd
Red v. White Game @ 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
All fans wishing to attend these scrimmages must adhere to the Tribute Communities Centre policies below.
Fans will enter the TCC at Gate 1 ONLY and must show their completed timestamped COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire at the gate
The questionnaire must be completed before entering the facility, and, it is strongly advised fans complete the screening before arriving at the arena, up to 2 hours in advance.
Where it asks for visitor type, select "Ticketed Spectator".
Your online self-screening questionnaire must be completed within a two-hour window prior to doors opening for the event.
One questionnaire needs to be completed per person attending.
Results will show up on the screen upon completion and must be shown to security at the door to gain entry.
If you do not have a mobile device, you can show a printed copy of your results.
If you do not have access to a mobile device or a printer, you can complete the survey in person at the door; however, this will be a slower process.
Gate 1 will open 30 minutes before the scheduled scrimmage begins
Fans will be directed to sections 112-116 and must find a socially distanced seat in those sections ONLY
This means leaving six seats between each household and using every second row. For training camp scrimmages, using the odd number rows... rows 1, 3, 5, etc... and standing room.
Masks are to be worn at ALL times, no exceptions
Covering your mouth and nose
Restrooms located in Sections 117 and Section 101
Elevator inside Gate 1 will be available
Following the conclusion of the scrimmage, fans must exit through Gate 3. Accessibility needs can be met
No outside food or beverage - personal waters permitted
Sanitize frequently at various stations conveniently located throughout the venue.
