
Aaron English Team's New Athletic Therapist

The Windsor Spitfires would like to welcome new Athletic Therapist Aaron English to the organization! Aaron is the Owner, Head Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach of Advanced Movement.
Aaron has over 12 years of experience in the fitness and human performance industry. He completed his Advanced Diploma in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program in 2010 at George Brown College. He received his B.A. (Specialized Hons) in Kinesiology & Health Science and Athletic Therapy Advanced Certificate from York University in 2018. Over the last 12 years, Aaron has continued to update his knowledge in the fitness field through seminars, certifications and internships. Some of his continuing education certifications includes Performance Enhancement Specialist, Fascial Stretch Therapist, CrossFit L1 Trainer, Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor, Poliquin BioSignature Practitioner and many more.
Aaron has worked with many individual clients from professional sport organizations, including the NHL, NBA, MLB, CFL, NLL, OHL, QMJHL and IBL, to special populations and kids.
