The Harrisburg Senators fell to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 7-2 in a rain-shortened game Tuesday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. The Senators tallied their two runs in the ninth inning on a two-run home run by Wilson Garcia. Harrisburg had two runners on base with two outs in the ninth inning when the torrential rain came.

Alex Troop made his last start of the season for the Senators. He went five innings and allowed seven runs on six hits. He struck out seven and walked two. Five of the runs came with two outs in the fourth inning. Garvin Alston went two innings and allowed just a hit while striking out two. Gerardo Carrillo pitched a scoreless eighth inning.

Garcia had a single to go with his home run. He was the only Senator player with two hits. Darren Baker and Robert Hassell III both had singles in the game. Hassell also walked twice.

Harrisburg hit into three double plays in the game, the second, third and fifth innings. The Senators had just four at bats with runners in scoring position.
