Notes:

In Bunches: With Wyatt Mathisen's third inning Grand Slam in the third inning of yesterday's ballgame, it marked the third consecutive game he went yard. Though impressive, he accomplished the feat just one week ago homering in three straight games against Round Rock from June 12-14. The power hitting infielder from Texas is hitting .373 this June with nine home runs, 22 RBIs, 20 runs scored to go with a 1.306 OPS.

Time of Game on Back-to-Back Days: After Saturday's 1-0, 2 hour and 36-minute game, yesterday's contest turned in at 3 hours and 27 minutes. A 51-minute difference. The biggest difference of game time in back-to-back nine-inning games this season for the Aces came on May 3-4 versus Sacramento. May 3rd's game clocked in at 3 hours and 4 minutes while May 4th's nine-inning marathon came in at 4 hours and 13 minutes. Good for a 1 hour and 9-minute time difference.

On-Deck: Following today's game, the Aces will hit the road for nine games in 10 days. They will open with a four-game set in Salt Lake. It will be the first time this season the Aces will play in Salt Lake and the first time since August 28-30 in 2018. Reno dropped 2-of-3 in that series. Following the matchup against the Bees, the club will visit the Las Vegas Aviators for five games at Las Vegas Aviators Ballpark in Summerlin, Nevada for the first time in history. The Aces are 0-4 against Salt Lake this season and 4-4 against Las Vegas this season. The Aces will return home on July 4 against Sacramento with game time scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
