Montreal Alouettes News Release

Montreal, May 18, 2004 - Montreal Alouettes' President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Larry Smith is thrilled to announce that the organization will play its final 2004 regular season game at Olympic Stadium, where the team hosted and won the East Division Final for the last two seasons.

"Since all of our games at Percival-Molson Stadium have been sold out since July 29, 1999, we want to satisfy fans from all over the province who do not have the opportunity to see the Alouettes in action," said Mr. Smith. On Saturday, October 23 at 3 p.m., the Alouettes will face their East Division rivals, the Ottawa Renegades, at Olympic Stadium under the theme "Als' Fan Day," presented by Rona.

Celebrate minor football

Also, the organization is planning a tribute to young football players by organizing a « tailgate party » on the field before the game as well as amateur football games at halftime. Young football players attending the game will have the chance to act as ballboys, waterboys or assistant equipment managers for the game. The organization will also launch a scholarship program to help amateur football players. The Alouettes invite players from all minor football teams to put on their football jersey and their game face and come to the game for only 15$.

Season ticket holders: Bring your friends

Alouettes' season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to invite their friends to the games as a special bank of tickets will be reserved for them at the same price they purchased their season tickets.

Fans will have three ways to purchase tickets:
* Alouettes' ticket office (1260 University Street)
* Olympic Stadium (4545 Pierre-de-Coubertin Avenue)
* Admission outlets 1-800-361-4595 or (514) 790-1245, www.admission.com
