Galivan Reassigned From AHL Chicago

The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today forward Patrick Galivan has been reassigned to the team by the Gladiators' American Hockey League affiliate Chicago Wolves. A rookie out of Western Michigan University, Galivan returns to the Gladiators after his second stint with the Wolves this season, in which he appeared in 15 games, recording two goals and two assists for four points.

After signing an AHL contract with the Wolves prior to the start of the season, Galivan made his pro debut with the Gladiators, before eventually being recalled twice in January. In 38 games with the Gladiators, the Oak Park, Illinois native has tallied 19 goals and 16 assists and ranks fifth on the team with 35 points. With Chicago, Galivan has a total of two goals and three assists for five points in 16 outings.

The Gladiators continue their 7th season in the ECHL on Thursday, March 11th @ Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. The Gladiators are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers and Columbus Blue Jackets and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
