
'Gades Shine in All-Star Game

Richmond, VA â Three Richmond Renegades enjoyed big nights in helping to lead the Northern Conference to a record setting win over the Southern Conference at the Compuware ECHL All Star Game in Estero, FL last night.
Jamie Herrington had two goals and an assist, Jon Zion scored a goal, and Dan Lombard stopped 12 of 13 shots in the North's 8-2 win. Lombard earned the win in net. âGades players earned All Star Game points for the fifth straight year. Richmond has had 15 all star selections in the past five years. No other ECHL club has had more. Lombard was also co-Outstanding Goaltender in the Skills Competition. Lombard helped the North set a record by holding the Southern Conference to an ECHL All Star game all-time low of two goals.
