Fronts 2013-14 Regular Season Scheduled Released

Kingston - The 2013-14 season will see the Kingston Frontenacs open their regular season on the road in Peterborough vs. the Petes on Thursday, September 19, 2013 with their home opener vs. North Bay Battalion in Kingston at the Rogers K-Rock Centre the following evening on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.

Highlights of the 34-home game regular season schedule include the traditional New Years Day Game on January 1 vs. Ottawa 67s, a 1:00 p.m. game on Sunday, January 26 vs. Belleville Bulls as part of Hockey Day in the OHL, and the return of the Family Day Game at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17 vs. Belleville Bulls. The final home game of the regular season is a match-up vs. Ottawa 67s on Friday, March 14, 2014 with the final regular season on the road vs. Mississauga Steelheads on Sunday March 16, 2014.

Over the course of the season, the Kingston Frontenacs will host three of their four East Division rivals a total of four times each, including the Belleville Bulls (Dec. 29, Jan. 26, Feb. 17, Feb. 28), Ottawa 67s (Oct. 4, Nov. 17, Jan. 1, Mar. 14), and Oshawa Generals (Nov. 22, Jan. 10, Feb. 21, Mar. 7). The Frontenacs host East Division rival Peterborough Petes a total of three times (Nov. 29, Jan. 3, Feb. 7). Notable Western Conference match-ups include Kitchener Rangers (Nov. 8) and London Knights (Nov. 15).

CHL Special Events this season include the 2013 SUBWAY Super Series in OHL markets on Thursday November 21, 2013, hosted by the Oshawa Generals, followed by Monday November 25, 2013, hosted by the Sudbury Wolves. The 2014 CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game is scheduled for Wednesday January 15, 2014, in Calgary, Alberta. The 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup will be hosted by the London Knights May 16-25, 2014, and will feature the champions from all three leagues competing in the 96th edition of our prestigious national championship.
