Frontenacs Acquire Nick King from North Bay Battalion

Kingston - The Kingston Frontenacs have acquired Nick King from the North Bay Battalion in exchange for their 12th round pick in 2021.

King, a 6.01, 188lbs defenceman from Waterloo, ON is playing in his overage season in the OHL. He has previously played with the Owen Sound Attack and the North Bay Battalion.

In 169 career OHL games Nick has scored 11 goals and 53 assists for 64 points. Last season with North Bay he set career highs in goals (8), assists (32), points (40) and shots on goal (118).

"Nick's experience will be important in our locker room with our younger players." said GM Darren Keily. "We are excited to welcome him to the team"
