Vito Friscia rounds the bases for the Reading Fightin Phils

The Reading Fightin Phils topped the Harrisburg Senators 4-3 on a fantastic night at America's Classic Ballpark! The team recorded 10 hits and made no errors in the contest.
Reading scored first in the bottom of the first on Logan O'Hoppe's RBI single.
Vito Friscia sent a solo shot to deep left to make it 2-0 Reading after the second.
In the third, Harrisburg took control as Taylor Gushue sent a three-run home run out to right for a 3-2 lead.
The R-Phils were not done yet. In the eighth, Jack Conley sent home O'Hoppe on a base hit in the hole to tie it up. Friscia laid one down to score Madison Stokes for a 4-3 ballgame.
Erik Miller had a dominant first start of the season in a bullpen game for the Fightins. The lefty threw three innings of two hit ball, striking out three. Bubby Rossman tossed two clean frames allowing just one hit, Billy Sullivan got just one out letting up three runs on two hits and two walks. Francisco Morales (W, 1-0) was stellar in his 2.2 innings, notching three strikeouts. Brian Marconi (S, 2) got the save in the top of the ninth.
The Fightins will play at FirstEnergy Stadium tomorrow against the Harrisburg Senators with a 3:15pm first pitch.
