Friday's Game at Beloit Postponed

Burlington, IA (August 28, 2009) - The Bees vs. Snappers game scheduled for Friday night at Beloit has been postponed due to wet grounds. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday starting at 2:00pm.
The Bees are currently holding the last playoff spot, four games ahead of Clinton. The next game will be Saturday at Beloit starting at 7:00pm. The game can be heard on 1490 KBUR or at www.gobees.com.
The Bees return home to Community Field next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for the last home stand of the regular season. Friday, September 4th will be Fan Appreciation Night with Fireworks following the game. For more information, call the office at (319) 754-5705.
