
Frazier Hall Traded to Arizona

Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim announce that INF Frazier Hall has been traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks in the completion of the Barry Enright trade, which took place on July 24th. Mike LaCassa, Minor League Operations Manager for the LA Angels, announced the move on Saturday.
The Angels selected Hall in the 16th round of the 2011 First Year Player Draft out of Southern University and he was a member of the Kernels 2012 Opening Day Roster. In 126 games for the Kernels, he hit .254 with 13 HR and 50 RBI.
The Angels have not announced a corresponding move. With today's transaction, the Kernels roster is at 23 active players, two short of the MWL maximum of 25, with two players on the disabled list.
The Kernels return to Perfect Game Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium on Saturday, September 1st for the final three games of the 2012 season against the Clinton LumberKings, the Midwest League affiliate of the Seattle Mariners.
