The Augusta GreenJackets pounded four home runs, including a grand slam by Luke Anders, on their way to a 10-2 win over the Lexington Legends Monday night at Applebee's Park.

Lexington held a 2-1 lead after one inning, but Augusta took charge with five runs in the third. With one out, Nick Liles and Ryan Cavan singled, putting runners at first and second. Chris Dominguez walked to load the bases, and Anders followed with his slam over the wall in right field to put the GreenJackets in front 5-2. The next batter, Tommy Joseph, hit a solo homer to make the score 6-2.

Two more homers in the eighth helped Augusta stretch its lead to 10-2. Ydwin Villegas hit his first as a professional player with one out and a runner on base. With two outs, Nick Liles singled and Ryan Cavan followed with the fourth and final longball of the night to give the GreenJackets their final margin.

Kody Hinze drove in one of the Lexington runs to bring his RBI total to 65, which leads the South Atlantic League.

Augusta starter Chris Heston (3-9) pitched the first seven innings and picked up the win. He allowed five hits and two runs, walked one and struck out six.

Robby Donovan (7-5) was the starting and losing pitcher for Lexington. He was relieved in the fourth inning by Jose Trinidad, who pitched four scoreless innings while giving up one hit.
