Forward Will Jamieson Added as Affiliated Player

Spokane, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs have added forward prospect Will Jamieson (2006) to their roster as an Affiliated Player ahead of this weekend's games. Jamieson was the Chiefs' fifth-round (111th overall) pick in the 2021 WHL Prospects Draft.

The 5-foot-11, 181-pound centerman has posted 27 points (8G-19A) in 35 games this season with the Red Deer Chiefs U18 AAA (AEHL).

Prior to being drafted by Spokane, Jamieson put up 31 points on 13 goals and 18 assists in 26 games with Okanagan Hockey Academy Black U17 Prep (CSSHL) alongside current Chiefs forward Cole Wadsworth. He added on five more points in four playoff games with two goals and three assists. Like Wadsworth, Jamieson also got some ice time with the Okanagan Hockey Academy U18 squad, where he tacked on two assists in one game played.

Jamieson joins fellow 2021 class members Berkly Catton, Will McIsaac, Cam Parr and Wadsworth.
