(Rochester, MN) - Former Honker, and current Los Angeles Dodgers star outfielder, Andre Ethier was selected for the final fan vote for the 2011 MLB All-Star Game in Arizona on July 12, 2011.
Ethier is up against Todd Helton of the Colorado Rockies, Ian Kennedy of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Michael Morse of the Washington Nationals, and Shane Victorino of the Philadelphia Phillies for the National Leauges final roster spot. The MLB uses a series of fan, coach, player, and manager voting to decide its roster, and then one final fan only vote for the last player of each leagues roster.

He is batting .318 with seven homeruns and 23 doubles in 85 games this season for the Dodgers.
Voting for the Final Ballot is open until June 7, and anyone can vote unlimited times a day until then. Help a former Honker make a second consecutive All-Star Game!
