
Flying Squirrels Make Roster Changes Against Altoona Curve

Richmond Flying Squirrels News Release
The San Francisco Giants have made the following moves affecting the roster of Double-A Richmond prior to their game against the Altoona Curve on Saturday night:
RHP Mike MacDonald activated from the Disabled List...OF Clay Timpner activated from the Disabled List...1B Michael Ambort placed on the Disabled List (Elbow)...LHP Jake Stevens placed on the Temporarily Inactive List [24 + 3]
The corresponding moves leave the Flying Squirrels at the Eastern League maximum of 24 active players. Three players (1B Ambort, 1B Andy D'Alessio, INF Skyler Stromsmoe) are currently on the Disabled List, while one (Stevens) is on the Temporarily Inactive List.
***MacDonald (1-2, 2.70) will start Saturday night's game against Altoona, matched up with Curve RHP Jared Hughes (6-1, 3.53).
